How the Legend Began

Once upon a time, in the land of sun-soaked beaches and endless blue skies, there was a magical kingdom called Eventopia. For years, the people of this land had longed for a wizard of wonder, someone who could transform their ordinary gatherings into spectacular celebrations of joy and connection.

Far away, in the bustling heart of Brisbane, a clever and creative fairy named Penny Krishna was weaving her own kind of magic. Since the mid-1990s, she had built a sparkling reputation as a master of all things extraordinary, enchanting audiences as a professional stage manager and event sorceress. 

Her talents were so sought after that one day, a noble client arrived, desperately in need of Penny’s touch. Inspired by this heartfelt plea, Penny waved her wand (and her planning pen) and summoned into existence P3 Events in the year 2008. And thus, a legend was born.

From that moment, the kingdom of Eventopia witnessed an incredible transformation. P3 Events became a beacon of creativity and innovation, drawing dreamers from near and far. With headquarters nestled in Brisbane, Penny’s magical team began crafting unforgettable celebrations across the land. They soon expanded their enchanted reach to Victoria, the Sunshine Coast, and Western Australia, ensuring no corner of Eventopia was left untouched by their brilliance.

The enchanted P3 team worked with some of the mightiest lords and ladies of the realm: visionary property developers, councils as wise as owls, powerful corporations, and the famed Professional Conference Organizers (PCOs). With every event, they wove a tapestry of dreams, infusing each occasion with the latest trends, boundless imagination, and innovative flair. Whether it was a grand ball, a village festival, or an awe-inspiring celebration of milestones, P3 Events had the perfect recipe for magic. Their team of seasoned event enchanters left a trail of sparkling memories wherever they went, guaranteeing tales of wonder for generations to

With Public Liability Insurance up to $20 million, Workers’ Compensation, and Professional Indemnity Insurance, we shield you and your guests from unforeseen perils. Before the festivities begin, we conduct detailed risk assessments, prepare evacuation plans, and establish emergency contacts. On event day, our skilled Production Managers perform regulatory checks, minimize risks, and wear companybranded PPE to ensure all runs smoothly.

After the curtain falls, our post-event reviews allow us to refine our practices, ensuring each event is even safer than the last.

With over 20 years of enchantment woven into her craft, Penny has managed grand accounts for legendary names like LJ Hooker, RAC WA, Mercedes, AMP, Lendlease, Stockland, and IGA. Her magical ability to attract and nurture top-tier clients and suppliers has set P3 Events apart as a beacon of excellence. A true visionary, Penny leads with passion, ensuring every event becomes a tale worth telling. Simone Meisenhelter – National Operations Manager

Keeper of Event Visions, our National Operations Manager, Enchantress, brings over 12 years of event magic to life. With a love for exploring distant lands and a knack for setting trends, she conjures unforgettable experiences tailored to each client’s dreams. Her ability to understand your unique vision, paired with her collaborative spirit, ensures your journey with us is nothing short of enchanting.

Bree Neil – Senior Event Manager

Bree, The Guiding Star of Events, has over 5 years of experience orchestrating a variety of magical gatherings, Bree shines as a problem-solving enchantress. Her sharp eye for detail and commitment to crafting personalized experiences make her an invaluable part of the P3 realm. A true mentor, Bree also supports and guides her fellow event sorcerers, helping them grow their skills in the ever-evolving world of event enchantment.

Meghan Lassig—Event Manager

Meghan who is The Mastermind of Magic, has been a vital part of the P3 Production Crew for nearly 7 years, officially stepping into a full -time role in 2023. Now leading our Melbourne office, she collaborates closely with the national guild to oversee the finer details of events in the region. Her journey into event enchantment began at Griffith University, where she discovered her passion for Marketing and Events. With a bachelor’s degree in Events Management and Marketing, Meghan honed her craft in the Marketing team at Peter Alexander. Her creative background in fashion marketing and advertising has shaped her unique and dynamic approach, making her an expert in weaving unforgettable tales through event planning.

Kiara Gaddes — Event Coordinator

Meet Kiara, our dynamic team member with a vibrant passion for the entertainment industry. With extensive experience in live entertainment, functions, and corporate events, Kiara’s background shines through her work. Armed with a diploma in Business Entertainment Management, she infuses creativity and dives into everything thrown her way. We’re thrilled to have Kiara as part of our team, adding a bubbly and fun atmosphere to every project.

Jessica Kilroe-Smith—Event Assistant

The Creative Visionary, Jess is a passionate storyteller in her third year of a Bachelor of Film and Television with a Marketing major at Swinburne University. With three nationally recognized short films and documentaries under her belt, she’s ready to bring her creative talents to the world of event management. Her experience spans hospitality, technical support, and customer service, showcasing her versatility, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. With a collaborative spirit and a knack for bringing visions to life, Jess is eager to join a dynamic team where she can grow and create unforgettable experiences.

Sabrina Krishna —Event Assistant

Madi’s event planning journey started at Griffith University, where her passion ignited. With a bachelor’s degree in Events Management and Marketing, she thrived in managing an events venue in Byron Bay’s picturesque hinterland. With a strong background in marketing, private events, gala dinners, and venue management, Madi infuses every event with enthusiasm and a creative flair.

Olivia Porst — Event Manager

The Enchantress of Gatherings, Olivia’s journey into the enchanting world of event creation began at the University of Queensland, where she earned her degree in Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management. With a natural gift for transforming ideas into captivating experiences, she has honed her craft as an event supervisor and coordinator, orchestrating everything from intimate celebrations to grand-scale occasions that dazzle like a storybook ball. Guided by her sharp eye for logistics, an intuitive sense of guest delight, and a creative flair for marketing, Olivia weaves a touch of magic into every detail. Her passion for crafting unforgettable moments ensures that each event she brings to life shimmers with charm and leaves an enduring sparkle in the memories of all who attend.

Trudi Pedder — Office Manager

Trudi, is The Keeper of Order and Harmony With over 20 years of experience in office administration and management. She is the guardian of organization at P3 Events. Trudi takes great pride in ensuring all our administrative “ducks are in a row,” allowing the magic to flow effortlessly. With a passion for tackling new challenges and a love for meticulous order, Trudi ensures our office and accounts run as smoothly as the events we create.
